hey,
is there way to link a service desk message (SLFN) to another message?
and is there a way to work with a masterticket? e.g. there is one problem in a system, several users reporting this error. i dont want to finish all tickets individual, i just want to close the masterticket.

Unfortunately there is nothing like a master ticket. Hopefully this will be a to-be feature.
