Failed to deploy SCA with SDM

HI experts,

I have successfully built the sca file with sapmake_util_70 but I encountered error when I try to deploy the application via SDM.

The sca file that I built contain a few ear files & jar files mainly for :

- Web Dynpro DC

- Library DC

- J2EE Ear DC

- Dictionary DC

- Web Service Client DC

When SDM deploy the SCA file, it first deploy the Dictionary DC and it successful but when trying to deploy the second DC (Web Service Client DC), it show error below:

Please check if there is an appropriate running cluster instances.
