R/3 - SRM HR Replication issue

I have a root organisation in SRM 5.0.

I created some child organisations under it.

Some material groups are inherited from root organuisations to child organisation in external attributes of PPOMA_BBP.

Now i add some more material groups in external attributes manually to the child organisation.

When i replicate child organisation from R/3 those material groups gets washed.

Please give some pointers to solve this issue and material groups should not go when I replicate chid organisation from R/3 to SRM.

Hi. How are you replicating? Is it manually via transaction PFAL?

If it is, make sure you choose "Update" mode not "Insert".

Insert deletyes the items in the target system and re-creates, which will delete any attributes.
