Hi SAP Gurus,
Could you please explain me the logic behind configuration release and the answer to this question:
What doesn't get transported when the configuration is released?
1. All Objects will get transported.
2. Generated proxies and application coding in the application components does not get
transported when the configuration is released.
3. Only application coding will not get transported.
4. Only generated proxies will get transported.
I have a hunch about this, but not quite sure. I think its #3, we might have to copy the application coding. Please help.
Thanks,
Adnan Abbasi

Hi Khimavath and Swarup,
Thank you Khimavath for sending me the link to those questions very helpful indeed.
Thanks you Sawrup for the link to Sravya's blog, truly amazing, but still seems like there might a point I missed in her blog. According to her scenario she had to re-import the generic namespace which sounds like a bug to me in XI. I mean why would you need to re-import it, if it does work the first time around. Could you guys please elaborate on this.
I would like to get both of your opinions and understand it completely.
Thanks,
Adnan Abbasi
