Hi,

What does host-id means in SMQR and SMQS ??? Is it where the qin/qout scheduler is running ???

Thank you.

Hi Thierry,

SMQR is a transaction that configures QIN Scheduler and SMQS is another transaction that configures that QOUT Scheduler. These are part of the queue rfc model.

Yes, it is where the qin/qout scheduler is running on.

Hi,

please try this:

1. Transaction smlg -> create new logon group with desired host/application server on which the QIN scheduler should run

2. Transaction smqr -> edit -> Change AS Group -> use logon group from step 1

best regards

Hi,

please have a look at SMQ1:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/76/e12041c877f623e10000000a155106/content.htm

It seems that there is a 'mapping' between the client and the destination possible.

Perhaps some additional informations are helpful:

Hi Jörg,

Thanks for replying !!

I went through the links but it is not answering  my question.

I want to change the HOST ID in smqs for just one particular destination.

Thanks
