customer - sales area problem

Hi,

I tried to change master data for a customer and getting error message that sales area is not defined for this customer.

Please solve this problem.

It appears you defined common distribution channel and division.

In case yes, you can change data only in the distribution channel or division that is being referenced.

For changing data, your sales area should be sales organization + common DC + common DIV.

Hi

Go to VOR1 and VOR2 common distribution channels and common divisions , and enter the divisions and distribution channel and then create the customer master record
