SRM Template Restriction

Dear all,

could you please recommend how to check, what group of people is restricted to use the Shopping Template created by buyer in SRM via Centralized Purchasing -> Create Template.

Is it available for Plant Reqs according to Buyer responsibility or per plant in SC?

Hi,

As far as i know, it is not possible in standard.

You just need to have the Purchasing Assistant or Purchaser role assigned to the user ID and then the user can see the "create template" in the MENU.If you need to restrcit the access to this transaction only to few users,you can do so by assigning the role to those users only or customizing the MENU as per the user.

Hi Disha,

do you know, what group of requisitioners can see the template once it is created by buyer?

I mean if it is visible for all plant requisitioner as per responsibility specified in ppoma_bbp or on what level is the restriction to access and use the template specified?
