Hi Kumar,

Sales doc type FD is used for sending Free samples.

Use Item category -- KLN.

Maintain Item category determination for the Sales doc. type if ur copying the from the Standard FD & item category KLN.

Create delivery using LF.

Maintain copy control between FD & LF.

No billing is reqd as it is a free sample.

Hi,

When the business wants to send samples to the customers then the business can map the scenario with the free of charge deliveries.

VOV8 of CD [FD], VOV7 of KLN and VOV6 of CP is same as above subsequent free of charge delivery
