editing par files

Hello experts,

is it possible to edit par files with another programm than the nwds? At the moment no nwds is installed on my pc and I want to know if there are other possibilities to edit par files?

Hi,

Download it from

support -> portal runtime --> browse deplpyment and save it as .jar or .zip file on local PC.

Then unzip it and open in the Notepad to do the required changes.

If you wish to edit the class files in it then you need to decompile them into .java files and then have to modify.

U may unzip the par file treating it as any zip file. Then the data can be edited using notepad directly
