availability

I have a material and availability check was " 01" in that based on which we created sales order

Now the whole material master is changed to " 02 ", so when i opened the previous sales order I still see availability as " 01 ", which is greyed out...

since I have changed the whole material master, How to change that in this order??

Dear SAPSD,

I dont think that is possible as it is already delivered and PGI has been done as the schedule lines are fixed, if the order is not delivered i think you can change the quantity and do a availability check again which will change the material check to 02.

Hi sap sd,

This because you might have created sales order before you changed the material master.

You do this

If there is no delivery exist fro that sales order go to VA02 transaction just remove the material from the sales order press enter again enter the material then press enter now system will take 02.
