NW2004s - Error on creating Software Component

Hello,

if I try to create a new software component in SLD on NetWeaver 2004s (SPS04) I get following error:

"Value not allowed by VALUEMAP for property SAP_SoftwareComponent.ProductionState: Started"

With this bug I can't use NWDI on NetWeaver 2004s - very nice. Support Package 05 is also not available yet. Very, very nice.

Anybody knows a workaround to fix it?

Exist an command line tool for SLD?

I receive the same error. I apologize for my ignorance, but what does the SP apply to in the Netweaver space? When I look in my ABAP system, I see that I am on SP7 in regards to the ABAP layer. If I look in XI from the Administration page, I see a property called SP-Number with a value of 04. Are there different support packs applied at different levels? IF that is the case, what does SP5 refer to, ABAP or JAVA?

Hello Thomas,

This issue in SLD has been fixed in SP5, which is going to be released tomorrow (15th December).

We recommend that you upgrade to SP5.
