Hi,
We are in SRM3.0 using extended classic scenerio, when trying to change the PO in SRM getting the message "The organisational data couldn't be interpreted.Inform system administrator"
What is the reason for it and how to solve it.
Regards,
Yshu

Hi. And you have also checked that there is a valid purchase org and group for the user? The check does not cover that.
What I would do then is check the business partner numbers.
Go to BBP_PD and get the partner number for the requestor of the PO, the user that created it basically.
Then check in PPOMA_BBP for the BP attached to the user that created the PO and make sure it is the same business partner number.
If they are different the user might have been deleted and re-created and now has different organisation data.

Dave.
Hi. Check the user on the "check" tab in PPOMA_BBP or run transaction BBP_CHECK_USERS and make sure there are no errors for your user.
If there are no errors, make sure that the user belongs to a valid company code in the org plan and that a valid purchasing organisation and purchasing group are responsible for the user and the product category in the cart.
Regards,
Dave.
