I have a sales order of 4 line items

i delivered line item 1 only

now i dont want the rest three in that sales order

can i remove them???

Hi,

You can assign the reason for rejection to the remaining line items and save the order (VA02). this will complete the status of your order, otherwise it will be in open status only

Hi SAP SD,

Instead of deleting line items assign reason for rejection in VA02. It will use for further analysis.

Hello,

If you want to remove the other line items then select the line item and click the delete button in the bottom. Go to VA02 --> Select the line item --> Delete.

You can also reject the other line items with a reason for rejection.
