there is a sales order, which is delivered

now again when i go back to VA02...except the description and quantity...everything is greyed...

Is there a way that the description and quantity also be greyed???

Hi,

If the order is fully delivered then every thing will be grayed out in VA02. If at all it is partially delivered or if still have open quantity in sales order then that time only it will be not greyed out..

You can try with the User Exit, Take help from ABAPer explain the requirement he will be able tell how you can get this.

This can be controlled using transaction variant for any transaction in transaction SHD0.
