Business Blueprints

Hi Experts

I am a fresher. Can I get a business blueprints for PS module for a project.

I need to conduct a workshop for my client in which he has to be shown how his projects will come up in SAP. What information should i give him in this regard?

Pls. help me out.

Hi Pallavi,

Though there will be some BBPs for PS, they cannot be disclosed to open public as they will be confidential documents.

so you can have some generic documents for refferring to your client.

The BBP will be a total set of As Is (Existing process)+ To Be (proposed process of the business mappings)+ gap analysis (procedures which cannot be mapped & any work arounds).

So you can refer to any To Be document to have a good idea of the business mapping.

Hi ,

No problem, study the clients process, then try to may with the system and then explain to the client this is the process of making blue print to the clients

Hi,

There is no ready made BBP (Business Blue Print) for any PS Module implentation.

To fulfil the clients requirements in SAP-PS.

This how one should proceed:

1. AS-IS Study: Read this documentation. This document should give a clear picture of the customers today's processes.

2. TO-BE: This will be based on the AS-IS study and how client's process will be mapped in SAP-PS.

3. Once TO-BE is finalized then only we can discuss about the BBP.

Can you explain briefly about AS-IS and TO-BE process in PS.

and in real time which process we use.
