Project Coding Mask

Dear Sirs,

Now My project / WBS is uncontrolled and users are writing whatever texts they want. I want my users to control the wbs structure as following.

MAIN WBS PS-0201

First Hierarchy level WBS PS-0201.A

Second Hierarchy level WBS PS-0201.A.01

Third Hierarchy level WBS PS-0201.A.01.01

Fourth Hierarchy level WBS PS-0201.A.01.01.01

By copying the above in CJ02, I should get my structure hierarchy level automatically, if I do CJ02 -> Project -> Derive Structure -> Execute.

Kindly tell me the step-by step procedure to achieve the above.

Hi,

Step1: In TCode OPSK : in PL mention 2 and check amrk Edit

Step2: In Tcode OPSJ Mention the Project Id as PS and in coding mask maintain

-0000.X.00.00.00 (For 0201.A.01.01.01).
