Question : Reloading of archived data.

Hi there,

I have archived some data and the data now resides in the http content server.

For some reason I want to reload this data back to SAP DB.

Well If I am not wrong then we would need a reload program to do this which needs to be assigned to that particular archiving object.

For object idoc and a standard reload program "RSEXARCL".

However, I am not able to view this reload tab in transaction sara for idoc like i can view write, delete.

Are there any settings to get this reload tab in Sara.

Kindly let me know. Its important.

Reload option is diferent that write and delete. To active the option of Reload on Sara transaction you made to apply a repository to the archive on AOBJ transaction (Customazing)

Later, you can see a new option on Sara - Storage Syst. where you can Storage and Reload data. To store and reload you must have a repository for the archiving object.

After this, you can reload data: Storage Syst. -> Retrieve Files

You select the files to reload, and leter, you must go to:

Go To -> Reload and the data become to DB.
