Not able to populate Container values in alert Inbox(alert configuration)

Hi,

I've created an alert category and used some container values in "Long text ". Also i've configured the corresponding alert rule in RWB.

When the alert is triggered, I am getting the alert in alert inbox but not able to view the container values(container values are blank).

container variables which i've used along with their abap types

container variable ::: ABAP Type

SXMS_MSG_GUID ::: SXMSMGUIDC

SXMS_ERROR_CAT ::: SXMSERRCAT

SXMS_ERROR_CODE ::: CHAR70

SXMS_FROM_SERVICE ::: SXI_FROM_SERVICE

Please suggest what could be the posible solution.

Hi Manas,

Make sure there is no gap between the & symbol and the container variable.

Just a quick check.

Sanjeev.
