Hi,
I have the following scenario:
- Check out a development component from a track in NWDI.
- Proceed to modify the resource.
- Check in the dc and activate it in NWDI.
If I want to revert back to the original version, is it possible and how?
Thanks.
Hi,
There is no option to revert the checked-in activity.
You can achieve this using the following work-around:
Pick your old version using version graph [In the Navigator Perspective -> R.Click on File -> DTR -> Show In-> Version Graph] and copy the content.
Now Check-out the file again and replace the current content with old content and check-in and activate.
Note: Be careful when doing this operation because, if this is an independent file there is no problem. If there are any dependencies you have to do the changes there also as well.
Hope this helps!
Thanks & Regards,
VJR.

Hi Suresh,
I am also at the same problem, I "checked in" an activity and activated it also in CBS.
I want to revert the changes in this activity.
I have tried the sync to date option as mentioned in the link you have provided. I have done this option on Inactive workspace.
I do not see the changes coming back. I even tried the option on Active version of the DCs. All the options in the context menu are grayed out.
Could you tell me how you were able to revert the changes?
