Go to 0vlp, select the item category and maintain "B" for Check overdelivery.

Hi,

You may consider an enhancement with a user exit:FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in include MV50AFZ1.

Here you can put additional conditions to check the delivery qty and also can put a message for the user to correct the delivery qty in case he has manully increased it.

The standard is whatever order qty you give that qty will be flowing as the delivery qty.But if you try to exceed the order qty in delivery qty then system will give the warning message

check the document flow in the copy controls

In 0VLP check over delivery field
