Hi,
The scenario of my client is that -
my client is in Project system while doing sales order he is mentionning whole project cost e.g CNC machine kit in which many materials are there.while dispatching he is making partial delivery of materials
my question is -
how to map this in SAP because while doing partial deliveries we do scheduling in sales order but in this case my sales order is of complete unit so how to map??
Regards,
rahul

hi
i think this can be done using the concept of BOM's
in your case ur CNC machine is the finished product ( main material)
and create the sub materials
using CS01 create BOm
and you can have Complete and partial deliveries in BOM also
all the best
regards
ravi

Hi,
In your case the CNC Machine will be the project.
So create the material master for CNC Machine as FERT material which is billable. And create Sales order with Item category TP01 standard.
Now create a project for this sales order. And assign all the other components inside the project which will be delivered (HALB).
Now once this material is available in the project stock create the delivery from project.
Hope its useful.
