SSO - ITS Access Denied error

Hi All,

We are currently implementing SSO using IBM WebSEAL for SAP EP6 ESS (Employee Self Service) connecting through to an SAP R/3 4.7 server using SAP Portal 6.0 and ITS 6.20. When approving a workflow, we are getting an Access Denied error ("Access Denied - The Internet Transaction Server does not allow you to access this page. Most likely you have tried to access a Web page that belongs to an application which has already terminated"). Note that this error appears immediately AFTER we have actioned the workflow approval (ie. pressing Approve or Reject button). Note also that this error appears consistently, irrespective of the particular workflow being actioned (ie. leave, training request etc.). This error does not occur if we do not use the WebSEAL for single sign-on.

Has anyone else experienced this error? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you resolve this issue...? If so, I'd like to know what was causing the issue and how it was resolved.

No we didnt resolve this issue. The project was postponed so we didn't get a chance to continue to pursue a solution.
