loading error in AII 2.1

hi Forum'

we are on AII 2.1 SP 03. I tried using standard rfid outbound scenario with device manager. Upon PACKING a case and a pallet together, I dont get any error in log and message is sent correctly to R/3.

Thereupon when i try LOADING of the same case and pallet, I get following error in log(tx:slg1).(which in totally unexpected), although message is sent correctly from device manager.

"EPC urn:autoid:tag:sgtin-96:3.0066800.054321.0 does not match/exceeds quantity of items/objects of document 0080000082"

Could someone share if he encountered similar problem and any remedy to that.

Hi,

the trick was to copy rule FPL to ZFPL.

and the remove parameter DEVICE_UPDATE_DOCUMENT from activity DEVICE_UPDATE_DOCUMENT of rule ZFPL.

And then use this rule ID for load action in the customising.
