Running Reports
You can run reports to check the status of routings.
To run
reports:
Click the Reports Reports allow users to
gather statistics and routings. The type of report accessible to the user
depends on the privileges given to the user by an administrator. All users can
view reports about routings in which they are a participant. Reports can be run
for each application and can include a specific process. Reports may also be run
at the department or company level. tab.
Select the type of report you want to run (for example, Company
Status Report).
Note: The type of report you may select
depends on privileges given to you by your company's Nsite Administrator A privileged user who
has the ability to control user accounts and company information through
administrative links on Home page. Only administrators have privileges to view
and access the administrative links. Your Nsite Administrator is the person who
initially registered you with Nsite. When you are registered with Nsite, you
receive an e-mail from Nsite Services declaring "FirstName Lastname has
registered you for Nsite," where FirstName LastName is the name or your
administrator. The administrator is normally an employee of your organization
that administers passwords and privileges for the Nsite users within your
organization. The Nsite administrator is not an Nsite employee..
Set the selection criteria.
Select the date range.
Select initiators and departments
for routings you have received.
Select recipients and departments
for routings you have sent.
Select the Routable EO, Process Application or SmartForm SmartForms are similar to the current
Nsite Applications; however, SmartForms do not all support advanced features
available in the Enterprise edition of Nsite, such as Application Builder and
configuration options within Process Builder. SmartForms still function
normally. from which to gather data.
In the Routing Status area, select the
applicable check boxes for routings sent.
In the Routing Priority area, select the
applicable check boxes for routings sent.
Click the Create
Report button.
You receive a group of statistics about the routing criteria you
have selected. The total number of routings appears below the Company Status Report heading. For
in-progress routings, the name of the next reviewer appears in the last column.
For completed routings, the time approved appears in the last column.
NOTE: For SmartForm users, the drop down
list of process applications includes SmartForms.
Routing statistics
Click a number in the routings display line to view a selected
list of routings. The list displays 14 routings at a time for ease of
viewing.
To access each individual routing, click the name of the routing
in the Description column to see
the process and the actions taken by each participant.
To save the selection criteria for future use, click the Save Report Parameters button after the report has
been run. Name the report to save it.
To route the report, click the Route Report button.
To run the report with different selection criteria, click the
Reset Form button.

Exporting Data from Reports
You may export routing information from a report to either an Excel file or
an HTML file.
To export data:

Company data export screen
Set the selection criteria for the
export parameters.
Select the date range.
Select initiators for routings you have received.
Select recipients for routings you have sent.
Select the process application to gather data from. You may only
select one process application at a time, because different process applications
format data differently.
In Export Data
Format, select Excel or
HTML.
Select or deselect routing attributes
in the Routing to Include
area.
Click the Export Data button.
A browser window automatically opens to display the Excel data or
HTML data.
