where can i get the generated reports which are generated at the background

in which t.code can i generate the saved reports at the background processing.

Hi,

To execute your report in background mode :

1. First you have to create & save Variant of the report.

To save variant of report just go to that report aand give all the relevant parameter in report and just click Save and then you can give Variant name on it.

2. Then go to transaction SM36 - Define Back Ground Job.

Then give Job Name , Class and then

Click Enter and on next screen mention Program Name & your Variant name (the variant which you had saved for your report) and

Then click "Save" button and then you will come to the initial screen to SM36 and the just click "Save" button. At bottum you will get message that that back ground job is schedule.

3. Now go to Transaction - SM37 and sellect your job and click green button - "Release".
