problem in Adapter configuration

Hi all,

we installed the PI7.0 server recently and when i check the adapter in the configuration part its not been displaying.

and the error is:Connection to system REPOSITORY using application REPOSITORY lost.

So,Can anyone tell me whts the problem and if adapters are not configured in PI server then how to configure those and where can i get the file for adapters.

Hi,

After installing PI 7.O Do u done PI template installing? I think, u haven't done it that's why u r getting the problem. Try to do template installation of PI.

I guess the problem is ...there has been changes of XI user passwords for like PIDIRUSER... and they are not matching....try check for correctness of the passwords and restart the J2EE engine...everything will work fine

Also Check if any of the service users (XI) are locked.*

Looks like XIDIRUSER is locked or using a wrong password.

Hi

You need to import the adapter metadata from the component..

the componet is SAP_BASIS 7.0..

after that u can see all the adapters..

you need to configure..

HI,

Check if the user PIDIRUSER is not locked.

Also refer point no 3 in the below mentioned blog.

As mentioned, the user/password might be maintained wrongly in the Exchange Profile. Also, in SLD, go to Exchange Infrastructure system type and check the Integration Repository entries.

Anyway, this is a basis problem.
