Hi :

i want only to copy data for few key figures for a new CVC . How this can be achieved . Can it be done through realignment .

Realignment is the process of creating New CVC from and existing CVC .However functions are limited .If you want to copy only few Key figure this can be achieved through Copy function .This can be accesed through rlgcopy transaction . You can also limit the period for which you want to copy data .
