Hello. Are the IP correct? Are the servers up and running? Can you ping this servers directly? How you upgrade the SAPGUI ? Regards.

servers are right...they ping fine. upgrade from the cd uninstalled 620 first then installed 710.

It's only from one PC ? Are you check the firewall and antivirus software ? In sm21 are any error? Try to add new USER-defined with story IP, system number and check if it works. The system number in your case are 03 ?
