Hey,

The 'statuses' determined by system in delivery documents is not correct.

Is there a way to redetermine it or should I cancel the delivery and create sales order again.

I am having problem with statuses for all deliveries.

In my opinion, there is no need to delete delivery.

You could go through OSS note 506510 and I do hope this should solve your problem.

Hi,

Do u mean deliveries are showing still open status even u have done billing ? is it the problem with ur delivery status.. Please could u explain little more about ur problem..

Thanks for replying.

My problem is If I create a partial delivery, system shows status as completed whch should of course be as 'being processed'.

any solutions.

Hi austin

Check the completion rule field in the item category.

If you create sales order with reference to quotation and if you copy only partial qty then also the status will be showing has closed .
