PO not getting created

Hi,

We are using extended classic scenirio,the Shopping cart got approved but the follow on document PO not got created,

please tell me waht is the reason and how to solve it

Hi Disha,

The satutus in BBP_PD is shopping cart approved and in SZ20 under SAP EBP procuremnet internal monitors we ahve the fiollowing errors

Approval -> functional module error BUS4101at position

Which Approval workflow are you using??

What is your Support pack level for SRM??

Are there any error logs in SM58??

Hi,

What is the status of the shopping cart in BBP_PD Trnasaction for object type (BUS2121) in this case ?

Also check that status in RZ20 transaction ? (Any Errors / logs there )

Please ensure that Number range assignment, Document types, and all other configuration is fine.
