Error While decompressing the Support pack

Hi,

On my CRM Development sytem on Windows and Oracle 9i, I'm trying to apply the support pack for Abap and Basis, Which I go to SPAM and try to upload the file from the frontend, at the decompress stage it gives an error message

" Could not create file list "

What could be the issue with this......

Hello

Add the name of the machine and the ip to the hosts file, restart the instance down the system and should work, I had the same problem and solved by these steps

Hi,

The issue has been resolved, there was a problem with the DNS server entries on the Development server NIC. Once I changed the DNS to another server, it started working fine.

did you try to download it again? maybe the file is corrupted...

Hi Juan,

I've multiple patches to apply, I've tried with literally.....all the patches.....that I've downloaded and the same error is displayed.

I think there is some issue with the path to the directory, is there a place where this can be checked

The directory path is "
hit-nxdomain\sapmnt\trans\EPS\in" what is shown whereas the hostname is devcrm.
