Need your help, Kindly request you all guide on below point, Because I'm new in Basis.

What is the procedure involved in doing a system-copy?

What are the steps to configure TMS?

What is the difference between Synchronous and asynchronous transports?

How to know whether a system is Unicode or non Unicode

Hi,

2) TMS Configuration: through T-code STMS.

3) synchronous Transports are the transports will give accoknowledgement where as Asynchronous Transports will not give any Accoknowledgement.

4) you can see Unicode or Non Unicode open sap screen there at menu bar see system -

settings there u can find. it is uncode or Non Unicode.
