DSWP Global Settings SAP-OSS RFC user greyed out

Hi

Has anyone encountered the following problem when maintaining the global settings in DSWP. I can enter the URL, however even in change mode the User for Forwarding Messages via "SAP-OSS" RFC is greyed out. I have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorizations but I cannot get this to accept a value. And therefore cannot get SAP-OSS to create. The SAPOSS RFC works fine.

Please help - this irritating little problem is stopping me downloading patches!

For information - after upgrade to SPS15 this field is no longer greyed out.
