Hello EveryOne,
What is the difference between logon group and user group ?
In which case, we use the above groups?
Thanks & Regards,
Sridhar
Logon groups (SMLG) is used for logon balancing or user distribution across determined application servers while User groups (SUGR) is used to group users into logical units for administration porpoises (example: departments or profiles), The most popular use of Users Groups is to allow segregation of user maintenance (That's at lease what i use them for)
Regards
Juan
