Hi Ven,

Could you please tell me which version of CC you have installed?

I presume its CC 5.2. Let me know if you have gone through the Installation/Configuration guides?

Initially you will get that broken charts. First you have to do the following things:

1. Run background job for User, Role and Profile in full mode.

2.Run Batch Risk Analysis for User, Role, Profile and Critical Actions with Management Report option selected.

If successfull, then it will reflect on your Informer View

Also see the SAP note# 999785

Kindly let me know if you have any other problem.

Thanks and Regards,

Faisal

Hello Faisal,

I am facing the same problem. I did the same you mentioned in your reply above.

1) I configured the system as per the note mentioned.

2) Executed background job for User, Role and Profile in full mode.

3) Executed Batch Risk Analysis for User, Role, Profile and Critical Actions with Management Report option selected but i am getting error status in this case.

4) As i got error on stage 3 i executed Batch Risk analysis for user only, then its working fine. Still No graphs displaying, still am getting the same IGS problem error.

in my case background job is running but data does not gets fetched to graphs. what would be the solution, i am getting "Graphics Rendering Problem"

Hi,

this is described in note 704604: it tells you how to connect the IGS to Web Dynpro Java.
