Free of charge delivery

hi all,

When am creating the free-of-charge delivery order type FD, it is taking the value in conditions & if i enter 0 value document is showing in-complete.

Pl help me.

For free of charge delivery the item category is KLN and it doesn't have any relavent for pricing . just check the item category settings

Hi Prakash,

For sales document type FD, the item cateogry is KLN ( free of charge item) not TANN.

Check item category settings in VOV7 pricing should be blank ( No pricing) and billing also Blank.

Check item cateogry assignment for FD in VOV4.

At sales order change the item catagory manually to TANN

After that it ll behave free of charge delivery....

if not happening plz put ur doubt once again

Hello,

Even it is taking the value in the order also, it will not be relevent for billing. So anyway you are not going to bill the customer for the same. Once you do the delivery and PGI, the document flow will get completed.

Hi,

Just check in the line item wether the item category is TANN or not if not just change the config settings in VOV4 tcode and check once the config settings for incompletion log.
