ABAP or ABAP+JAVA installation?

Hi,

We are going to implement Solution Manager 7 (SR3).

1. I would like to ask whats the best installation variant in installing solution manager? (ABAP or ABAP+ JAVA)

2. What are the additional functions if we install ABAP+JAVA?

We are planning on using solution manager for:

- Central Administration

- Change request management

- Root Cause Analysis

- Delivery of SAP support service

SolMan can only be installed as combined ABAP + Java, there´s no way to only install the ABAP instance.

Hi

Install a dual stack system as you require the Java stack for Root Cause Analysis.
