Hi Experts,
I have the file system /usr/sap at 100%. I delete the core files, .trc, .log, .old, stderr# but I dont see much diference. I see that the more space occuped is in the directory:
/usr/sap/trans/log but over there I see a lot of files named: TC080527.PBQ , ULoG06_3, Q061031.DBP and others... but I don't know if I can delete that files to make some space because are in the log directory?? If not what files I can delete in the usr/sap or what maintenance process I can use?
Thanks a lot for the help!
Hi Carlos,
You can use SAP note 41732 that talks about how to delete old data from the transport directory, basically you will need to use the command "tp clearold all ", but maybe you will need to adjust your TPPARAM file according to your requirements.
Let me know if you need more help,
Zareh

hi,
Check the size of Background job's log file also.
If possible schedule the Standard Job RSBTCDEL to delete the logs of OS level
