Hi,
We are running on SRM 5.0(Sp11) and R/3 4.6C,standalone scenario.
We have replicated the Org units and the positions form R/3 system using tcode PFAL correctly. However when we transfer the persons(employees i.e. object type P) from the R/3 system, the objects CP,BP get created as well as the relationship can be seen in table HRP1001.
However when we see in trascn PPOMA_BBP,we cannot see the employees replicated.
Also the users(SU01 user) are not getting created for these employees.
When we run the program HRALXSYNC for the CP created for this employee,we get the foll error:
"Business partner with ID 483ED2E7D2E0029DE1008000A16403F2 is not an employee"
We have maintained all the settings in the table T77S0 as required for the HR replication like
HRALX HRAC X Activate HR Integration
HRALX OBPON ON Integration O-BP Activated
HRALX PBPHR ON Employees Are Replicated from HR System
When we see the relation links in table HRP1001,only relation type B 207 and 208 is created for the central person and the BP.Also the SU01 user is not created!
Has anyone encountered a similar problem before?
All responses will be appreciated and rewarded.
regards,
SRM tech
Hi,
Pls create the SU01 users first.
Also check the proper filters for the relationship between positions and CP.

Hi. You say the SU01 users are not being created by the HR replictaion, meaning you have not created them manually in SRM?
Unless I have always been missing something you have to create the SU01 users in SRM still, using transaction SU01.
Then when the HR data replicates it creates a relationship between the CP and the existing user.
You could set up CUA or something in R/3 to send the users to SRM or whatever, but the SU01 users do need to exist separate to the HR data.
Regards,
Dave.
