hi all,

pls solve my error. i have done one smartform.at the end it was not printing and showing error :"Device type HP8550 does not support page format.".pls tell a way to lock this problem

Hi Karthik...

The thing to fix your problem...

1. Is that you created any Zpage format if yes you need to add that Page format to your Device type HP8550 ...This can be done by using SPAD...T-code .. Or else Ask BASIS Team to do that for You...

2. If You did not create any Zpageformat...then check wht Page Format You are using in Your SMART FORM ...for example you are using DINA4 just check whether this page Format is defined in your Device type HP8550...using same T-code SPAD..

This is absolutly BASIS guy has to do that for You..

Think Your problem could solve..
