Hi!
I have customized the service desk and SLA functionality.
The transaction type is SLFN, Screen: SRV_SLFN_2.
The problem is that when I create the message and choose the change mode no actions are shown in the list. Only the information "Print Message (Print)" will be shown.
Does anyone know how to see/activate the actions for the service Desk message?

Dear Thom,
Action are visible based upon scheduling condition in the transaction mentioned by anand i.e crmc_action_conf
In this transaction select your action profile on the left side and click create button on the right for the action thn the action wil appear
Now click the schedule condition tab and now create a sch condition.

Action will be seen in the action worklist only if the the actions are scheduled........
We need to set a schedule condition for the action to be displayed in the action worklist....
Use tcode CRMC_ACTION_CONF for do this.....
