Hi All

Please confirm whether Workflow BOX can be attached to a service user?

Actually I am facing problem on this .

The u201CWorkflow Box in VA02 & VA03u201D which is created setting the parameter "SD_SWU_ACTIVE" in the user parameter setting of user thru SU01 is not coming when running TCODE VA02 ,if the user type has been changed to "Service" from "Dialog".

I want confirmation whether technically it is possible or not?

Thanks and regards

Santanu

no. the part you mention as 'workflow box' is a part of GOS (Generic Object Services) which are not available to users of type 'service'.

take the time to search this forum with keyword 'GOS'. we were having this discussion very recently.
