Not able to access SAP VC Dashboards from Citrix server

Hi,

User are able to login to portal using citrix server ( as that is a window to connect to office network) but they are not able to see any Reports of SAP Visual Composer, Adobe Flash player and Flex has been installed in their machine.

is something we are missing in configuration or any workaround would be greatly appriciated..

Hi Ali,

You only need Flash player for running VC deployed iViews - no need for any other software.

Can you please let me know what exactly they see when they run the iView?

Hi,

Type below Url of the portal to get the Visual Composer .

http://<hostname>.<domain>:Port/VC

Ex:http://pwdf1234.wdf.sap.corp:5678/VC.

VC should in Capital letters .

And Install below softwares.

1.Adobe flash palyer (get the latest one 9.0.47.0)

2.MS XML Parser 3.0

3.Adobe SVG Viewer 4.0

Then play with VC
