multi account assignment on confirmations

Hi Experts,

We are on an SRM 5.0 classic scenario.

When creating a confirmation with a multi account assignment, we have a problem that seems to be a bug.

We create the confirmation in SRM with the correct multiple account assignment but when this confirmation arrives in the backend, it seems that the multi account assignment is wrong. All cost are on the first account assignment. For example, we use two cost centers with a 40% - 60% division. In the backend, both cost centers are available on the account assignment, but the division is suddenly 100% - 0%. has anybody experienced this problem before?

Hi Tom,

We had the same problem, we were able to resolve this by applying OSS Note 801578.
