text determination as per user

dear gurus

in sales order headerr and billing header we have many text types

as u know that

so every user is not having all the text to fill

we neen that as per user profile set the txt in sequence

so how to do this

Text are used at header level and item level, this is not user specific, this is used as per the requirement of the business ie providing details of shcemes, transportaion details or any other details.

I did not understand why you required this to be maintained userwise..rather it should be asper the need of business

actuaqlly there are 100s of text in the header and item level so all user is not using all the texts so user need to sequence it as per the priority.
