F1 Doucmentation not found/not coming

Please help me out for the following.

when i press F1 documentation is not coming.

Please tell to BASIS people they may help you in that to fix the issue.

Hi

I have user who is not able to get F1 help as suggested two steps in above communication.

1)  Check Box for In Performance Assistance is activated given in the path.

      Here goto --> Help --> Settings --> In F1 Help

2) Its not working, SAP GUI re installed.

But still F1 help is not coming.

Go the SAP Eassy Access Screen.

Here goto --> Help --> Settings --> In F1 Help

See the Check Box for In Performance Assistance is activated.

If not working then SAP GUI reinstallation is only option
