Error in Supprt pack import

i am in the process of Support pack import for solution Manager.

I am getting the following error for any support pack. Pls hlep

• Activate objects at level 2*

Field FILENAME: Component type or domain used not active or does not exist

Field NUMBER_OF_LINES: Component type or domain used not active or does not exist

Field OBJECT_ATTACHABLE: Component type or domain used not active or does not exist

Field OBJECT_RELEASEABLE: Component type or domain used not active or does not exist

Field VISIBLE_FLAG: Component type or domain used not active or does not exist

It seems, you are trying to Implement a SP for an add-on which is not installed in your system.

Hi Balaji Rajendran,

Are you inprocess of approving support packages?

If Yes,

1. goto T-code AISUSER and map your sap system user with SAP marketplace user.

Like DDIC <last 7 digists of S user>

2.Check RFC SAP-OSS, change the username with user S user and password.

3. Login with mapped sap user and try to download.

In SPAM, click goto -->log -->support package and post the details.

Please explain the steps you are carrying out. Are you getting these errors in SPAM?
