Server Automatic Reboot

Dear all,

i have solution manager on windows 2003 Enterprise Server X 64 Bit with service pack 2 , i had install Solution Manager with ORacle on it now i face a problem that suddnly after some days server get restarted automatically with the following error.

please let me know what to do.

this is a HP BL460C Blade server. connected with Storage via SAN swtich and to the network via Gigabit ethernet switch.

here i peste the error with which system get rebooted. it shows me in event viewer system log.

Error code 000000000000000a,

parameter1 0000000000000004,

parameter2 0000000000000002,

parameter3 0000000000000001,

parameter4 fffff8000104af25.

please let me know where is problem.

Hi dear,

IT is an hardware error !

You must contact the hardware support.

Probably the problem is on the raid controller o RAM.

a) a STOP message would be more interesting...

b) if this is a (pure) windows server problem you'd be better off asking in a relevant Microsoft board
