I setup CCMS Alert like CPU Utiilzation through Auto-reaction method works fine...
"Email" output as blow:
I would like to change format like subject: some more heading and user name how can i do that ?

note 796998 describes how to change the subject of alert mails.
Just check documents available for CCMS configuration at
http://service.sap.com/systemmanagement -> System monitoring & Alert management -> Media Library
Aprt from the link given in above post which contains the list of all varialbes that can be used in your ALERTS, I would suggest that you look into this blog to see how these variables can be used,

As for the message that comes at the beginning of your mail containing the ALERT ID, ASFAIK, I dont think you can avoid that. it is done implicitly by XIs alert mechanism.

I read Notes 796998 CCMS setting titles for alert mails... and change parameters values after that it does not working at all
keep waitng for 30 munites nothing happend...
then i changed Method CCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2 still does't work
