Hi,
I am checking availability check and got different results in sales order for following scenarios
a. when the customer had partial delivery agreement
b. when the customer had no partial delivery agreement.
Availability check result should be same. why system is giving different results?
Availability check results are not same because of following reason -
If only part of the required quantity is available on the required delivery date and the customer agrees to a partial delivery, then a delivery split can be carried out and a partial quantity can be confirmed for the required delivery date.
If the customer does not allow partial delivery, the complete amount can only be confirmed for a later date.

Hi
When partial deliveries are allowed for the customer - the system gives one or more schedule lines as per the stock availability
If the indicator is One time Delivery - the system confirms the stock (for the available quantities only) for the requested delivery date and will not give any schedule lines for the balance quantity.
If the indicator is Complete Delivery - the system gives only one schedule line for the entire order quantity, based on the availability of the stock.
Thanks,
Ravi

Dear Mohan
It cannot be the same
a) whatever stock is available, system will confirm when you do availability check in the sale order, if you have maintained blank in the field "Partial delivery per item" in customer master.
b) only when full stock is available, the respective sale order will be confirmed, if you have selected "Complete delivery reqd.by law".
thanks
